An architect by training, Avantika specializes in residential real estate with a focus on architectural properties across Los Angeles where she’s lived for over a decade. Avantika invests a significant amount of time driving and familiarizing herself with the various neighborhoods of Los Angeles and staying abreast of current market trends.

Though Avantika’s business takes her all across town from the Westside to San Fernando Valley, a particular love for her are the Hollywood Hills, where she currently resides.
